We encourage everyone who participates to take a dip at Hahei or Whitianga beach. Hot and cold therapy, especially using saunas and ocean dips, supports muscle recovery, reduces inflammation, and boosts circulation. Saunas relax muscles and enhance blood flow, while cold ocean water helps reduce soreness and tighten blood vessels, improving resilience and overall vitality. Alternating between the two can also stimulate the immune system and improve mood.

Built entirely by hand by Rewi, a skilled builder who has called the Coromandel Peninsula home for 20 years, our mobile saunas offer comfort and quality.
